Coffee Mornings are held every 1st and 3rd Tuesday morning of the month at 10.30am in the Village Hall.
Everyone is welcome to come along for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat. The village computer with its broadband connection will be available for use by all. If you have any computer related problems, bring them along & see if we can help.
Bring your portable computer with you and if it has wireless networking capabilities go on-line through the village broadband connection.
The coffee mornings began in November 2007 after the Village Hall Management Committee successfully obtained the computer equipment at no cost to the village, with broadband connection free for one year, through the Somerset Broadplaces Project.
Software is freely available to download over the internet but we have made it available on the village computer for those people who only have a slow dial-up connection or no connection at all. You can copy it onto your own flash drive, your own CD/DVD or make a donation to have the software pre-recorded on CD
